No. Beginning January 1, 2018, anyone 21 and over with an ID can purchase up to an ounce of cannabis and 8 grams of concentrates.
Does becoming a member at CHAI cost anything?
No. Becoming a member at CHAI is absolutely free and only takes a minute.
I lost my original copy of my recommendation, but have a digital copy. Will I be able to sign up and join CHAI?
Of course, we can still verify you with your digital copy, just sent it to the dispensary email listed in the About Us section before heading over, so we can have it ready when you get here.
What if I am unhappy with a product I purchased from CHAI?
CHAI’s goal is customer satisfaction and helping patients find what works best. If for any reason you are unhappy with anything you receive from CHAI, just bring it back with the item’s packaging and receipt, and we will be happy to swap it out for something else that works.
